Zapeo IPTV Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
Zapeo IPTV is an app by Rafael Grande Ocampo ("the developer"). Contact: soporte@zapeoiptv.com. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.
1. What Zapeo IPTV is
Zapeo IPTV is a player. It does not include, sell or recommend channels, movies or series. You add the playlists or login details your provider gives you, and you alone are responsible for that content and for having the right to watch it. The developer has no relationship with any content provider.
2. License to use
- © 2026 Rafael Grande Ocampo. All rights reserved. The app, its code, design, name and logo belong to the developer.
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
- You may not:
- copy, modify, translate, decompile or disassemble the app, or try to obtain its source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
- bypass or disable the Premium license, the device limit or any other protection;
- sell, rent, lend or redistribute the app or a modified version of it;
- use the app for unlawful purposes.
- The app includes open-source components from third parties, each under its own license. They are listed in Settings → About → Open-source licenses. Those licenses apply only to those components, not to the rest of the app.
3. Free version and Premium
- The free version can be used with no time limit, with the features shown in the app and a watermark in the player.
- The free trial gives access to Premium for one month from installation.
- Premium comes in two plans:
- Yearly: renews every year until you cancel it. If you cancel, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime: a single payment, for as long as the app is available.
- The license is tied to your Zapeo account and works on up to 3 devices at a time. You can remove devices from your account.
- Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable taxes.
- Where you pay:
- In app stores, the purchase is handled by the store (Google Play, App Store or Microsoft Store) under its own terms.
- In all other versions, payment is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as the seller, under its buyer terms, including refunds.
- None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Zapeo account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app. The developer may suspend an account or license used to get around the device limit, to share it with others, or for payment fraud.
5. Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. The developer tries to make it work well, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that it works with every provider or playlist. The developer is not responsible for third-party content or services, or for their availability. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Changes and end of service
These terms and the app may change. Important changes will be announced in the app or on the website. If the app stops being offered, reasonable notice will be given.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live and you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
8. Privacy
How data is handled is explained in the privacy policy: https://zapeoiptv.com/en/privacy.
